We found that there are too many flex*.log files in both the directory of Flexnet-enabled API and lmgrd.exe. Those files in the API directory all log "in TimerThreadProc", and those in the lmgrd.exe directory all log nothing. Is anybody know what are those files? And how to manage them? Thanks for any suggestion! (Our flexnet version is 11.4)
Those could be related to the FLEXLM_DIAGNOSTICS environment variable; please see the Programming and Reference Guide topic "Diagnostic Messages", as well as the End User Guide appendix "Troubleshooting Guide", section "FLEXLM_DIAGNOSTICS".
