Time out while doing a check out
We are using FNP 11.6.1 and the 11.6.1 Java Licensing toolkit.
We noticed that when the license server is unreachable from the client the amount of time taken for the checkout to fail differs on Windows and on Linux. On Linux it takes a very long time for checkout to fail, around 10 minutes, where as on Windows it take a few seconds.
We noticed that there a similar post has been added before.
Has this issue been solved before? Is there a way to set the time out to a lower value?

Alas, I haven't heard any news relative to the [thread=170590]other thread[/thread] you referenced, which involving pinging the server (the socket-existence-test mentioned there) beforehand...
