@xmvalenciaNGC , i believe your query is in regard of the differences in between the 32 bit Flexnet publisher toolkit and 64 bit FNP toolkit? If that's correct, then functionality wise there are no differences.
The only difference that i can think of is same as in between any 32 bit and 64 bit variant of a software i.e. processor size support and instructions size support.
