LMTools Licensing Error

Server is working properly for users that are local Local = in my city

User off site (out of the country) see the following error with the server

FLEXnet Licensing error: -5,417

can anyone help?

Try adding the entries over server and clients systems (etc/hosts file) with FQDN or IP address.
