Is lmgrd traffic with clients encrypted?
We are hosting licenses in AWS data center managed by the lmgrd Windows service and our IT department wants to know if the licensing traffic is encrypted or not. We are running lmgrd.exe 11.16.4.0 build 252457 from Flexnet Publisher 64-bit. thank you, -mark-

In regards of client and server communication, it is not encrypted and using any hex editor or binary decrypter it is possible to figure out the communication in between the client and server. However, since the API and internal functional call names are obfuscated, so the identity of actual commands and calls are hidden and protected.
