Flexnet license issue
We have been using Rockwell RSLinx software and GE Proficy software. Both items utilize Flexera software to manage their licensing. When both products are on the same server, periodically, RSLinx gets removed from the Factory Talk Activation manager. We must use the LMTOOLS from Flexera to resolve the issue, as directed by Rockwell. Rockwell cannot explain why their license disappears.

With the limited info, it will be difficult for us to root cause this behaviour. Can you request Rockwell to create a case with FNP support and provide with necessary details and observations?
