FlexNet Licensing error:-39,147 - User/host not on INCLUDE list for feature.
I'm unable to access a software that i used to have access.
In my last time working in the company, i worked with this software daily, but after lefting and returning back, it stopped working. Upon returning, i got new credencials but followed all the steps to the correctly installation. We have a Microsoft Access file where the users are listed, and i filled a new line with my credencials, but i keep getting the error. Using LMTools, i compared the diagnosis report with the report from a colleague who uses the software (they will be both attached below). In the past, i had problems with the environment variables on windows, so i had to copy from other colleague the values and then worked. I will also attach the installation document for better understanding.
Hi @vgresende80 , From the errors file shared it looks like you are using an OPT file with INCLUDE statements for the users who have access to the features and yours seems to be missing.
I would request you to check the OPT file and see if there is an entry for your USER if not please add and run lmreread or restart the server. That should solve the issue.
