FlexID9 Dongle

I have been trying to get FlexNet Publisher 11.18.1 to recognize a FlexID9 dongle.  However, no matter what I try it does not see the dongle.  I have a program with FlexNet compiled into it from about 2013 (i.e version 11.6.1) which works perfectly with the dongle (i.e. so the dongle and dongle driver are working) but the updated version (i.e. 11.18.1) does not.

@BMengert9 Can you please run below from 11.18.1 and share the output?

1.  lmhostid -flexid -long

2. Go to the location i86_n3-11.18.1_v6\i86_n3\FLEXID9_Windows_v8_23_i686\FLEXID9_Windows_v8_23_i686>haspdinst.exe -info

3. Make sure the dongle driver coming in version 11.18.1 is installed and DLL is copied to the right location before running the above commands
