Error message from vendor daemon

Hello,

I found the following error message dump from vendor daemon.

ERROR: Non-activation-capable daemon activation invoked with
non-client-request event type

Does anyone know what does it represent?
Thanks.

What were the circumstances under which you received this message? What FLEXnet Licensing version, what operation were you performing, etc.?

FLEXnet Licensing version: v11.4.0.0

What were the circumstances under which you received this message?
winXP Professional version2002 SP2

What , what operation were you performing, etc.?
It usually happens at every midnight while no API check out license.
Just like the following messages:
14:21:46 (lmgrd) vendorname using TCP-port 1248
14:22:58 (vendorname) TCP_NODELAY NOT enabled
20:21:47 (lmgrd) TIMESTAMP 4/25/2007
0:01:00 (vendorname) ERROR: Non-activation-capable daemon activation
voked with non-client-request event type
2:21:51 (lmgrd) TIMESTAMP 4/26/2007
8:21:54 (lmgrd) TIMESTAMP 4/26/2007

But there is no abnormal behavior found after that message. License server is alive and Flexnet enabled api checks out/in license normally.

This is a bug IOA-000027481 in non_TS enable FNP Toolkits

The error normally appears when a client request comes thru that appears to be activation related and the server does not support activations.

The error also will appear if the you play with the date and time settings.

Thanks for your reply.
My case is not the last one.
But I don't understand "a client request comes thru that appears to be activation related and the server does not support activations."
Does license-file based licensing need to add activation support to the license server? (we did not use Borrow API)

This is a bug in non_TS enabled FNP Toolkits. Issue# IOA-000027481 has already been logged.
