Character cracking error while using version 11.14.1.3 of lmtools

We are managing the license by installing the version 11.14.1.3 of lmtools on the window 8 server.

But, The list of license users appears when you run the command, but some users have broken names.

We use Korean, and if you change the Unicode of the command window to utf-8 and perform the command, you can see the broken text, but the existing characters are broken.

I don't know if this is a version error or a problem with server encoding.

Does anyone know the cause?

Hi,
This issue is more related to the OS and not the FNP kit. I have handled a similar case before and changing the current system locale to Korean solved the issue. So I would request you to try the same.

Hello,

The system locale of the PC we used is Korean.

Not all Korean characters are broken, only a few Korean characters are broken.
Some Korean languages are unbreakable.

However, it comes out when you convert the broken character to UTF-8 among the confirmed contents.
Some Korean looks normal when UTF-8 and some Korean looks normal when EUC-KR.

What should I do in this case?
