BUG: (P0) Vendor is required to "turn on" plugin functionality
Description:
We found from the document that this is different from the original spec. This will result in increased maintenance overhead to the ISVs and slow adoption.
This is pending the final outcome of the business arrangement however we do understand that this is looking like a limitation that will be left in place.
Raised because it conflicted with our original specification (no mention of it) and will conclude when the final deal is in place.
