This post is to inform you that the planned Reporter upgrade in the FlexNet Operations Cloud 2021.02 ALM release will be delayed.
Note, the production release will still occur as scheduled on February 11th, however the data used by the new version of Reporter requires additional time to be migrated. We estimate the data to be complete between end of February and early March, and we will release the new Reporter version to production at that time. The current version of Reporter continues to be available.
The delay in the data availability also impacts the Data Access APIs. While the new APIs will be released to production on February 11th, users will only be able to access data prior to January 23rd.
We encourage customers to take this time to familiarize themselves with the new Data Access APIs. When the data migration is complete, we will post an update to the FlexNet Operations News blog.
