Who's responsible for configuring RabbitMQ with a FlexNet Operations on-premise setup?Answer
In an on-premise system, we ask for the producer to point to the external RabbitMQ system, but Flexera is not in a position to be responsible for configuring such a system. In an on-premise case, any issues specific to RabbitMQ will have to be taken care of by the system administrators who maintains the RabbitMQ system. In our documentation, we provide references to enable the RabbitMQ management plugin (if required; this is running at port 15672 by default) only for debugging purposes, as it is not critical for the management plugin to be running for FlexNet Operations to run.
