FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM - Data Access APIs Overview

FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM offers a set of RESTful APIs that allow producers to extract their tenant data from the FlexNet Operations Cloud data warehouse.  

This article provides important details about the data access APIs and what useful resources are available. 

Key Information:

• The data access APIs extract the data from the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM data warehouse, which is refreshed approximately every 4 hours starting at UTC 00.00.
• A database server maintenance is scheduled every Sunday 2-6 AM Pacific. During this maintenance window, API transactions may experience slow performance or unresponsiveness.
