SFTP Best Practices
We have multiple users, both onshore or offshore, that use a shared credential to log in to Flexnet FTP Location.
The files they upload contain sensitive PHI/PII information, and we need authentication protocols that clearly distinguish between onshore and offshore access. This distinction is crucial, particularly for offshore access to client folders where PHI/PII restrictions are enforced within Flexnet.
What is the recommended best practice for having different users upload files via FTP such that they only have access to the files they are uploading, and not files uploaded by other users?

Hi @pcuff802 Thanks for your query in the community, can you please raise a support case so that we can check the possibility of creating more than one user in the FTP server or not?
Best Regards,

Hi @pcuff802
So, this feature is not currently supported in FNO. There will be only one SFTP/FTP user created for the whole tenant upload activities.
Please feel free to open a support enhancement request so we can review it further if needed
