Incident# 8909-8385 when upgrading multiple licenses at once
We are on FlexNet Ops 2018 SP1 and when we try to upgrade multiple individual licenses we
9999:Error has been returned by Hibernate. [Incident# 8909-8385]
This used to work but seemingly has recently stopped working.
We are on Server 2016 FlexNet Ops 2018 SP1 and MSSQL 2019 Standard
