Generate FEATURE lines instead of INCREMENT

It seems that in FNO all the feature lines start with `INCREMENT`.

How can we make some lines to start with `FEATURE` instead?

Hi @eskandarih It does not make any difference when using INCREMENT in all the lines in the license file however if we use all FEATURE lines then further upgrades or other versions of the same feature will not be possible so this is expected from FNO.
