Bulk Operation Email Stuck on Submitted Status
We have setup a bulk operation that upgraded our licenses which worked. Now we want to send the licences via bulk email but the status keeps on "submitted" and does not change.
Just sending a single entitlement via email works.

This is rather critical, so your help is much appreciated.

Sorry you're encountering an issue end of month.
The cause will require a more thorough investigation than can be provided on the Community.
