That activation request yields no right to a license.
Software give the following error when trying to activate: That activation request yields no right to a license.
this is happening to all external and internal users when they try to activate using an activation key, online and offline.
Do you know what will this be?

I did but they cant seem to help, do you know if there are some other logs that I can get access to see why this is failing?
Can you provide the Case ID? Has the entitlement expired?

I was able to solve the issue on our side, this is happneing dur to the folloiwng issue:
In the catalog that you have the product setup as activation you have another product setup for activation but is has not been setup completely.
example:
CATALOG ID: TEST1
PRODUCTS:
TEST_1.1 (SETUP WHIT ACTIVATION BASED WITH FULL DATA)
TEST_1.2 (SETUP WHIT ACTIVATION BASED ONLY IN THE DROPWDOWN)
