Update product with Patch

HI

I created a Patch by using InstallShield Developer 7.04 Patch Creation Wizard, and when I try to install this patch on client a machine all files under InstallDir folder are updated correctly but files in Sub folders are not updated. When I add new files to the sub folder the patch will install it but does not update them later on in the next patch.

Is there someone there who has come across this, then please
respond.

You may have already done this but.....

As your question is purely on patch creation within Developer, you are more likely to get a repsonse if you post to the Developer community.
