Update fails today

Hello

Today our customers can't start the Update process. The message (error code 11500) below is always shown. Yesterday everything was fine. Does anyone have the same problem?

Is it working now? I was getting this error from about 7-7:30AM CST on 2/2/05. Magically it fixed itself by 7:30.

Macrovision, are there any updates performed at this time or anything we should know about?

Yes, later in the evening (german time) the update works again.
