UAB vs. Update Service

Hi!

I have a general question.

Are there a graphical interface inside UAB for adding files to the file
server and configure the manifests (updates) inside UAB? Or do I have to
write an application for this?

Installshield has a product with a very nice UI that aloud you to choose a
lot of configuration/logic stuff for the updates when adding the updates to
the system. Is there something like that inside UAB.

If not, what is best practise to solve that issue?
