Profile Data Can Not Be Uploaded to FlexNet Connect

Hi,

a few months ago we had the issue that we could  not upload Profile Data to the FNC Connect server. We got the following error message:

ServerErrorResponseException
A service system error was encountered: Server was not able to process request correctly. FNC Server profile update error. [1,7DF,3,2[7000001C,4003,200100FB]]

We solved the issue by dropping the index like described in this post here:  Server was not able to process request correctly. FNC Server profile update error. [1,7DF,3,2[7000001C,4003,200100FB]]

But now we noticed that we have this issue again! Although we still dont have the index in our Database anymore!

The code we use did not change, so right now we dont have a clue whats causing the issue and how to solve it.

What can we do to fix this?
