OCI update not running
Hi,
I'm trying to setup an OCI update and it's not working. I get a message to say the update is there but it won't download from the update service. We've just been using normal packages until now and these have worked fine.
In the update service I've selected:
New Message Pg 1: Software Application Update
Manual
Scheduled
Next Use
IS Pro 7, OCI
New Message Pg 2: Message Category entered
Brief description entered
URL: http://203.167.230.91/update/Publisher/01.00.0230_01.01.0272/setup.exe
Download size: 105kb (size of setup.exe)
The error message I get is:
Unable to Open URL at http%3A//203.167.230.91/update/Publisher/01.00.0230_01.01.0272/setup.exe
Any ideas what the problem is? Am I doing this the right way? Also, should I put the size of the full download?

Solved that one - it's case sensitive - bit daft that really but nevermind.
Anyway, now it finds the setup and starts to download, but after asking the security question I get the following error"
Error Code: -5005 : 0x8004d554
Error Information:
>Kernel\KernelMedia.cpp (94)
>SetupDLL\SetupDLL.cpp (1594)
pAPP:
PVENDOR:
PGUID:
$7.1.100.1248WEB
@Windows XP Service Pack 1 (2600) IE 6.0.2800.1106
Cheers,
Amanda
