Flex Connect registration

I recently purchased single- user Paperport, a Kofax Co... The Software Manager Icon for updates stated in the dialogue box; " The product code is not registered on the server or invalid. Contact Flex-Connect account Admin."

The Kofax support team told me to contact you. So here I am...
