DWUSAgent.htm missing from 4.6 Java SDK for Windows

Title says it all. I downloaded the Java SDK for Windows for the first time, version 4.6. I installed using the defaults. The help shortcut points to "C:\Program Files\InstallShield\UpdateServiceJavaSDK\help\DWUSAgent.htm" but there is no such file. So, there's no help.

I've been using the Windows-specific SDK. I uninstalled that before installing the Java SDK, just in case.

I'm guessing that prior versions of the Java SDK had this file, and this version merely overlaid the new files. Unfortunately, I cannot find any prior versions of the Java SDK.

Go to our online help, click on Update Service, this should be equivalent to what you are looking for.
