Can not get Update Service to work

I have the evaluation version of update service. I have created some products and 2 updates. In the updates I am associated these to the products. When I test for updates for any of the products, I get the message that no updates are found. What am I doing wrong?

Don't forget, you can contact the eSupport (Macrovision's support team) to assist you in your questions. They're better placed to assist.
