After upgrade, application is not listed in Software Updates

After upgrading my application using Software Updates, the entry for my application is no longer in the list of applications. When I look at the Database folder, I no longer see the product code listed.

Can anyone help with this?

It appears that the upgrade is removing the file from
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FLEXnet\Connect\Database and not putting in a new one with the new product code.:confused:

Any ideas??????
