Open New Case: Missing version numbers for FNCI 2019.R1 and FNCI 6.13.0

Last week I opened couple of cases related to FNCI 2019.R1 and FNCI 6.13.0 and could not find the versions associated to this releases under "Get Support" -> "Open New Case"

Latest versions listed are FNCI 6.12.3 and FNCI 2018.R3.

Hi @lpopescu,

I just wanted to update you that we've resolved the issue and you should now see FlexNet Code Insight 2019 R1 as a version you can open a case against.

Hi Christine,

When you reached out to support did you also explain the FNCI 6.X was out of date.  I can see FNCI 2019.R1 is available, but the list of versions in opening a case still is out of date for 6.X.
