No longer receiving confirmation email after opening new cases

With the migration to the new interface for Flexera Support, it seems I no longer receive confirmation emails when opening New Cases. Is the confirmation email setting controlled through the Account Settings? Thank you, lp

This was an issue when we first went live, but should have been fixed. Are you still seeing the problem?
