We are running FNCI 2019 R2 (Build 46) and using code-insight-scan-plugin.hpi dated 3/27/2019, extracted from CodeInsight2019Plugins.zip.
One of our developers reported that the job in Jenkins never stops, even though the Last Scan entry in the Scan Status reports the "Jenkins scan completed on date/time ..."

The behavior you described is not expected. My first recommendation is to update Code Insight and the plugin to the latest version. If you still encounter issues after updating, please open a new support case with us for further investigation.
