  1. We installed App Portal 2025R2 and added catalog items, but we cannot include the inventory cost. On the Inventory tab, we add the cost and check the box "show inventory cost" then save it. We close it and reopen it, and it is gone. Any ideas?

    • Hi Charles, we don't have the issue in our Dev 2025R2 environment just our Prod server. We can't see a difference. I will open a ticket.

  5. Good day

We have an issue when a user logs into AppPortal/AppBroker 2023 R2, more than 10 machines are linked to their profile. These machines are no longer in use and are associated with the user’s historical activity.

We would like to have the outdated machines removed. How would we go about doing that?

I would start by looking in your source system (e.g. SCCM/Intune/Jamf) to make sure those machines no longer exist. Then you can locate their records in WD_UserComputerMap and remove them. That should be enough to "unlink" the devices from the user, but if you want to get rid of them entirely, you can also remove them from WD_Computer. If you do that, then any prior requests that were submitted for those devices will no longer appear under My Requests.
