Upon completion of this FlexNet Operations Production Copy Service (PCS) maintenance, some PCS customers reported issues impacting the following functionalities:
Affecting FlexNet Operations ALM -
FlexNet Publisher license generation
Data template import and export
Availability of Software Delivery-related data such as users, entitlements, download packages, etc.
Affecting FlexNet Operations LLM -
Communication with Device Activation Service e.g. errors when interacting with FlexNet Embedded server and device related pages and endpoints
The team is expeditiously working to resolve these issues. As the issues are resolved, an update will be published on this maintenance post.

Changes to the FlexNet Operations PCS environment have been applied. We ask FlexNet Operations PCS customers to please test their instance and if you observe any issues, please contact Revenera Technical Support or your trusted Revenera contact.

Due to a technical change, today's maintenance scheduled for the FlexNet Operations Production Copy Service (PCS) will require an outage of no more than 3 hours for all FlexNet Operations PCS customers. During this time, FlexNet Operations and its related services in the PCS environment will be inaccessible.
Note: This does not impact FlexNet Operations on the Production environment.
An update to this post will be shared when maintenance is complete. We asked FlexNet Operations PCS customers to please test their use cases and report any issues with Revenera Technical Support.
