We are experiencing connectivity issues between FlexNet Operations ALM and the Device Activation Service on the Production Copy Service (PCS) environment. This affects device related activities such as device creation and activation.
NOTE: FlexNet Operations ALM / LLM on the UAT or Production environments are not impacted by this issue.
The team is actively working to resolve the issue. Please watch this thread for additional updates.
