Update: Services Restored

The FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM (NAM) services have been restored and should be operational. If you continue to experience unresponsiveness to these services, please contact the Revenera Technical Support team.

Amazon AWS is currently experiencing a major outage which is impacting the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM services in our North America region.

Affected FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM environments and services are listed below:

  • AWS NAM PROD
  • AWS NAM UAT
  • LaaS UAT
  • LaaS PROD
  • UAI/NS UAT

You may experience interrupted service during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and appreciate your patience while we work to restore services. We will provide updates to this post as soon as more information is available.
