We've identified a fix for the issue and will be deploying this and the 2024.08 release to the FlexNet Operations ALM Production (NAM5) environment on August 20, 2024 at 08:00 AM PDT. No outage is expected.
Note: This change applies only to FlexNet Operations ALM Production (NAM5).

We are observing an issue in the FlexNet Operations ALM Production (NAM5) environment affecting certain FlexNet Embedded devices' ability to obtain licenses. To mitigate the issue, while we investigate the root cause and potential solution, we are reverting FlexNet Operations ALM back to 2024.07 in the Production (NAM5) environment.
Note: All other FlexNet Operations NAM environments will remain on 2024.08 and there is no change to the 2024.08 release schedule at this time.
