We are notifying you of an urgent change in the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM 2020 R3 release schedule. On August 7th, an issue regarding concurrent license counts was reported against the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM UAT environment.
Upon validating the issue and assessing all possible options, we decided it was in the best interest of our customers to move the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM 2020 R3 production release date.
NOTE: The issue has no impact to the FlexNet Operations Cloud LLM, Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), Notification Server (NS), or AGW release schedule. These have deployed to production today, as scheduled.
The team has identified a fix and will deploy this to the FlexNet Operations Cloud ALM UAT environment for validation. Once we are confident the fix meets our quality standards, we will announce the new production release date on the community. We expect to have an update within the next two days.
