FlexNet Operations SSL Certificate Update – Compliance Endpoints (may require action)
UPDATE (30-Jan):
The compliance endpoints certificate has been revised. Please replace the previous certificate with the one shared below.
Revenera makes use of SSL certificates to protect the transmission of sensitive information in the use of FlexNet Operations Cloud applications. The certificates are installed and used on Revenera web servers for establishing a secure line of communication between you and the application. These certificates are required to be updated annually to maintain operability.
The Compliance endpoint certificates will be updated at the following times:
UAT Compliance endpoint (FNO LLM and ALM)
*.compliance.flexnetoperations.com – January 16, 2024 between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PST
Production Compliance endpoint (FNO LLM and ALM)
*.compliance.flexnetoperations.com – February 6, 2024 between 10:00 am - 11:00 am PST
Note: This change applies to FlexNet Operations Cloud running in the Revenera Data Center or AWS NAM. If your FlexNet Operations Cloud is running in the AWS EMEA environment, no further action is required on your part.
To ensure there are no interruptions with your environment, we ask that you install the new certificate on your systems before the renewal date and test your integrations in UAT before February 6, 2023.
The new certificate is attached to this announcement below.
How to prepare FlexNet Embedded local license servers for the certificate renewal?
