Export Compliance in FlexNet Operations Cloud

FlexNet Operations Software Delivery performs export compliance checks in connection with its delivery of software to our customers’ end users. The checks performed in FlexNet Operations are based on the following sources:

  • The MKDenial lists for the names of entities and individuals who are restricted by various government agencies from obtaining exports. These are checked daily and updated with the latest information.
  • The embargoed countries list administered by the Department of Commerce Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS). This list is typically reviewed quarterly, however due to the current political situation, we are actively working with export legal counsel to determine if any changes are required. 
  • The country restrictions using the lists published by BIS at: https://www.bis.doc.gov/index.php/documents/regulation-docs/2255-supplement-no-1-to-part-740-country-groups-1/file. This is checked as necessary, and updated with the latest information.
