Revenera will be performing maintenance to migrate the FlexNet Operations Cloud Reporter email relay on July 10, 2024, no outage is expected.
NOTE: This change will affect FlexNet Operations Reporter emails configured to use non-flexerasoftware.com email addresses as the "Sent from" email address e.g. support@xxxx.com where @xxxx.com is a non-flexerasoftware.com domain.
To ensure Reporter emails from non-flexerasoftware.com email addresses continue to be delivered, producers must add the Revenera source email relay (include:awsmail.flexnetoperations.com) to the SPF record of their domain being used by your IT before July 10th.
