Answer
The root cause of this has to do with the SHA-1 certificate that the technology of our gateway uses. The BLOG link below explains how SHA-1 certificates are now handled and has additional information. IT comes down to some Windows updates will cause the "Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel" issue that being seen. Some of those updates are talked about in the BLOG link provided.

This issue has been fixed in Flexera Service Gateway version 2.0, so if you have an older version upgrading should resolve the issue.
