As mentioned in my other post, our team is gearing up for AWS re:Invent, however we are fully aware some of you may not be able to attend this year so we'd like to hear from you. Here is my question:

What is the one thing you have discovered in your cloud this year that made a real difference i.e a fix, insight or optimization you are genuinely proud of or have learned from?
