Please allow me to point towards the Two FlexNet Kubernetes Agents documentation first as I think that addresses some of your questions:

The Lightweight Kubernetes Agent was created to lower the resources needed compared to the full Kubernetest inventory agent. Please refer to the subsections of Editing configuration for the Flexera Kubernetes Inventory Agent for customizing its configuration options.
Flexera's Kubernetes inventory agents make use of Kubernetes APIs to extract inventory, but please elaborate further if it's something specific you're looking for doing through the APIs.
There's to my knowledge no direct integration with RHACS, but please feel free to elaborate on the specific use cases you have in mind behind this question.

IBM ILS is related to IBM's licensing requirements when Cloud Paks are running in containerized environments, and Flexera's Kubernetes inventory agents communicate with its APIs to report on Cloud Pak license consumption from containerized environments.

For Point1, i would like to know when the agent is installed on the cluster, what is the resources it consumes (Size, CPU, DISK etc)
For Point 2, when the Agent connects to the K8S API what info is gathered and can it get info similar to ILS

  Flexera merely supports you using its Kubernetes agents, and its specs are: Persistent storage: 2Gi min.; and CPU and memory can be controlled, e.g. through standard YAML configuration files, sample attached, (CPU is specified in millicores (100m = 0.1 CPU core) and memory is specified in mebibytes (Mi) or gibibytes (Gi)).
  Please refer to Kubernetes Inventory Uploads and ILS Inventory from IBM License Service that it collects from as it's an IBM requirement to implement ILS in the cluster.
