Thank you for your message and apologies for the delay in our response. FlexNet Code Insight does not support a bespoke ServiceNow plugin. In order to run these scans you would need to configure the Generic Scan Plugin. This can be configured using the Plugin Guide or the configuration details in the plugin after downloading from our Product and License Center. If you would like to purchase guided assistance on configuration of the Generic Scan Plugin, please raise a support case and our Support team will assist in instigating discussions with the relevant teams.
