New Case submission
How do i get access to submit new cases ? I don't see any option for me under "Get Support "

Were you able to see the "Open New Case" Menu before?
In my case when I don't see the entire "Get Support" menu, is because I'm either not logged in, or I've been logged out, but my browser is still showing me signed in.
Try login out and then log back in or close the browser window ans restart it.
It worked for me.
