Is it possible to have 2 tomcat servers - 1 for production - the other - is 1 contingency web server to work from the same CL Compliance Library and have the 2 servers mounted to the same CL so that they can work and extract from the same CL without having the space to download a brand new CL ?

A shared CL can work, but for optimal performance, we recommend installing the CL on the same instance as the Scan Server but on a different drive or volume from the one on which the Scan Server is installed.
