No Visual C++ Redistributables for VS 2013 and 2015

My programs need Visual C++ 2013 and/or 2015 redistributables. But the ISLE only lists ones for 2010 to 2012. How can I include 2013 and 2015? Also, the ISLE Redistributables lists versions of OpenMP, MFC, MFCLOC, DebugOpenMP etc.etc. as redistributable files. But if I run the MSV C++ Reidsitributables installation package I get only "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64)" installed. So, which file(s) for each version I need to choose to install a Visual C++ 20xx?

ISLE 2015 should include these redistributables. If you are using an older version, upgrade to ISLE 2015 and you should be able to include them.
