Does anyone know how to obtain the "Application ID" information from an application in Snow Atlas?

I am exploring the use of updating existing applications using the data import tool.

I understand I can use either the "Application ID" or "Application Name" when referring to an application in the data import excel template.

I have had success in using the "Application Name" in updating application information bulk, but I am just curious to know where to find the "Application ID" information.
