SLM 9.3.02 - unable to download update package
Hello, Anyone facing issues downloading the latest SLM ? I am getting this error below. I was able to update the latest SLM version and other packages. Someone knows if this SLM 9.3.02 package is delivered for download in a not usual Snowsoftware url? If that's the case we might need to adjust proxy settings. Thanks.

  • Can you check the offline update please? Also do you have activate the cdn option in the snow update service? Hi Gonçalo,  I've seen this question coming today from some people, so I'm wondering if there's a general issue with our SUS. Did you already open a case to our Support? So they are informed. Cheers. Ester Memoli   Customer Success Manager EMEA   Snow Software srl - Milano - Italia
  • I've used the offline as workaround. It worked fine. Thanks.
  • Sometimes, the dowload is a bit temperamental ... We had a period when the manual download was our only working method. Now it is better but the updates fail a couple of times before applying.
