  • Hi Deemant, There are a few things you can check: In the SLM SMACC, check that your custom rule shows at least 1 "rule hit" In the Inventory SMACC, check that the file you want appears when displaying the target device under the "Software>Installed Applications" section (use the search field)
    • Hi Samuel, Thanks for your reply. I can see the installations in SMACC but rule hit rate is still 0. Defined the rules basis the unassigned inventoried software.  Where can we investigate for the rule hit rate?? Regards, Dheemant Maini
      • This is a good sign So you can try to filter the "Unassigned Inventoried Software" list (see the top pane of my 1st screenshot above) to see if the file detected on your computer shows. If yes, you can try 2 things: Check if you see a mismatch visually Select the record in the "Unassigned Inventoried Software " and right-click it to select "New Rule from Selected". This will open a new window to create a rule that perfectly match this record. You can then tweak this new rule by making it a bit more generic (replacing some patterns or parts of the patterns with wildcards "%"). If that works, you can then delete your original rule that was seeing no hit. Use the Preview tab to see what your rule matches.
